Working with suppliers and subcontractors for the last 15+ years, we know planning and scheduling of these trades are the key factors to ensure a successfully construction process. Developing relationships throughout the industry means the project can be completed on time and on budget.
We can take your project to any stage of the construction process to suit your needs. Depending on your preference we can manage the project to a completed exterior shell, the drywall stage, a completed turn key home or anywhere in-between.
The goal of project management is to simplify the process for your project. Through planning and communication, we can set goals so that the final project turns out just as you imagined. Weekly meetings keep everyone updated on the progress and makes sure challenges can be dealt with efficiently to keep the schedule on track.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Exterior Shell
We would get your project to the roof. This option is especially useful when building full height ICF. Minimize delays having us manage the ICF and the framing.
Drywall Stage
We know when each trade should be scheduled so the project runs efficiently. We work with quality trades we know have the experience to get the work done right.
Turn Key
The finish details can be time consuming, and it is important each aspect is installed in the correct order. We will work together to choose the finishes for your dream home and then bring that to reality.
